American Express Travels Gives it’s Clients What They Want

According to American Express Travel agents, people are no more in a mood to make their holydays in a traditional way, now they want to experience new and more modified vacation this holiday season. In a new survey of 681 American Express Travel agents, 83% of agents came to know that travelers are increasingly in search of new destinations. More than half (52%) agent said that travelers are going farther away during the holidays this year than in years past. 59% agents reported that holidaymakers are demanding more detailed and personalized trips with schedule including multiple destination stops and more personalized arrangements. Audrey Hendley, vice president of American Express Travel said “Holiday vacations are often the most highly anticipated trips of the entire year and travelers are increasingly looking to experience something new and unique.” Mr. Hendley continued and said “Whether exploring a new destination or renting a private villa for the first time, our American Express Travel specialists help customers create highly personalized and customized holiday vacation experiences that are carefully and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail.”
